Dear Friends of the Maryland, New England & New York Vocations Offices,

We are happy to announce the launch of our new tri-province vocation website, and, accordingly, our new tri-province Vocation Newsletter.  Jesuitvocation.org will now more fully reflect the ongoing collaboration between the Maryland/New York and New England vocation offices. Stay tuned to continuing upgrades to layout and content over the next few months.

In conjunction with our welcoming the New England vocation office, we are happy to highlight below the work of Jack Butler, SJ, the Director of Vocations for New England, and the work of several other young Jesuits from the New England Province.

The three eastern provinces are blessed to be able to celebrate the ordination to the priesthood of five men on June 14th: Peter Gyves (NYK), Phillip Hurley (MAR), Gregory Schenden (MAR), Joseph Palmisano (NEN) and Anthony SooHoo (NYK).

Two more men, Kirk Boyle and Vinny Marchionni, have been accepted into the novitiate in Syracuse for Entrance Day in August. We ask that you keep in your prayers Kirk and Vinny, as well as the rest of the candidates who are still in the application process.

We thank you for your continued support in the very important work of Vocation Promotion.

Christ's Peace,
