Mr. Michael Magree, SJ (MAR) is a Jesuit scholastic currently in Regency at St. Joseph's Preparatory School in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Magree teaches church history to juniors and Old Testament to freshmen. In addition, he directs the choir and moderates student council, and is an assistant soccer coach.

Mr. Magree holds a B.A. in philosophy and classics from Franciscan University of Steubenville, and an M.A. in classics from Ohio State University. He entered the Jesuit Novitiate of St. Andrew Hall in Syracuse, NY in 2002, and made his First Vows in 2004.

From 2004-2007, Mr. Magree was at Fordham University studying philosophy, where he earned an M.A. in philosophical resources in 2007. During his time there he also was co-director of the Fordham University Folk Choir, the ensemble that led music at the 9 pm student Mass on campus.
